Mr. Pankaj Dubey
Mr. Pankaj Dubey is a management graduate from Monirba, University of Allahabad and an alumnus of IIM Kolkata (one-year Program on Leading & Managing).He has also completed a Global Leadership course from Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, US.
He is a TEDx speaker and a well-established name in the Indian industry having contributed significantly to Yamaha, Intex, Hero and Polaris. In his last position as Managing Director of Polaris India (2011-2020, he established the Indian startup operation of the 100% subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, Polaris Inc. He was the first employee and now they have 200+ employees and a profitable business in India by creating a luxury brand which is considered utility brand internationally. His primary focus in the South Asian market was India, his secondary focus being Tajikistan and Kazakhstan. He is credited with the introduction of Indian Motorcycles, All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) & snow scooters in India.
He was also instrumental in the turnaround of Yamaha India (2007-2010) and introduction of Yamaha motorcycles R15,FZ, SZ, Fazer, R1, FZ1 as the National Business Head. He is also a venture partner at Guidant LLP.
He started the mobile business of Intex Technologies (2005-2007) as Business Head, besides handling Sales & Marketing for IT hardware peripherals and electronics business.
He has led 3 startup operations, Polaris India (ATVs, snow scooters and motorcycles), Eicher Polaris (Small rural car) and Intex mobile (Handset).He was also the CEO of joint venture of Eicher & Polaris (2016-2020) where an innovative product, a car cum pick-up van cum generator named Multix was launched. He has rich experience of working closely with American, Japanese, Chinese & German stakeholders and he has been board of Director for nearly 4 1/2 years at the joint venture of leading Indian automobile Eicher Motors (Royal Enfield motorcycle) and Polaris Inc. And for 9+ Years as board of Director and Managing Director at Polaris India, a 100% subsidiary of Polaris Inc., a Fortune 500 company.
He has a considerable following on social media including LinkedIn with 28+K followers, verified on Instagram with 27+K followers, Twitter 5K+ and FB with 5k friends. He is a key opinion leader amongst the youth of the country due to motivational and business talks that he delivers in premium engineering and management colleges across the country. He has spoken at various top forums including CIIs, PHD Chamber of Commerce, Assocham, He has delivered talks at various IIT’s and IIM’s. He is on the advisory board of various Universities in India.
He received the Excellence award of Intellectual Icon 2020 at the National Management summit & “Path Breaker” in 2016 from LT. GEN. K M Seth, the former governor of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh & Tripura. He was awarded Most Influential Marketing Leader award by World Marketing Congress in Mumbai in 2017. Background & Education: – Rajasthan originated, born in Calcutta, Mr. P.S Rathore is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), distinguished Fellow of Cost and Management Accountants of India and a graduate from University of Calcutta. He has imparted motivational training for almost 600,000 participants across the globe, including prince and princess of United Kingdom (UK), Bureaucrats, IAS, IPS, Ministers, Presidents, Politicians and CEO of many national and multinational companies.
Award and Recognition:-Mr. P.S. Rathore is a Leadership and Life coach, Honoured at House of Commons, British Parliament London as the best International Management Guru and a Fire Walk Trainer.
